[Geary] Adopting the Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct

Hi all,

This is just a heads up to mention that Geary has just adopted[0] the Contributor Covenant Code of Conduct[1] for the project's communication channels. We'll be expecting that people follow it on the mailing list, IRC channel, on GitLab, at conferences and in any other project channel.

We're doing this not because there's been a problem with conduct previously, rather as a means of signalling that the project is explicitly welcoming women, people of colour, and other marginalised populations who are currently under-represented in Free Software spaces to the project.

Please have a read of the Code of Conduct[2] if you aren't already familiar with it, and let me know if you have any questions.

Cheers,
//Mike
