[gDesklets] Change in "Scripting support with i18n through gettext" blueprint

I have written some code to support translations into desklets. I have
done some changes in the Blueprint mentioned earlier.

Lauri, I hope you don't main that I have asigned this task to me :-(  is
that Ok with you?
