building just the libraries?

Hello,

I'd like to use garnome to build just all the libraries associated with
gnome.  I noticed there is a gar.lib.mk file but it doesn't feature a
paranoid-install target and I'm uncertain how I might directo it to
please go fetch and build just the libraries.  Any help greatly
appreciated.
