Well, you choose the hard way -- but it works. I'm glad to hear, you
already solved it. :)  If you don't need any other data, like Contacts,
that's fine.

Hrm, that's meant for testing and experimenting, till you are sure
everything works.

There is no reason, to switch accounts when switching the Gnome version,
once the new Gnome works -- apart from the desire to start *really*
fresh, maybe. ;)  Personally I do experiment with new major releases
only, before switching the Desktop.

Well, I don't think so. This is not the Evolution list. And your issue
is not what you just mentioned. Issues like that (*moving* Evo to
another account, machine, whatever) have been answered on the Evolution
list quite often.

The document "How to *migrate* Evo 1.[24] to 2.0" using the same account
would be this: "Run Evolution. It will migrate all your data and
settings from the previously used version."
