Changes since 3.15.4:

- Show notification with link to privacy panel
  when location service is off

- Only show user location marker when location service
  is enabled

- Added a 'show-location' activation action, to show
  contacts in Maps.

- Add contacts with geocodable addresses to the placeStore
  to allow completion in search

- Added/updated/fixed translations:
   - Lithuanian
   - Hebrew
   - Greek
   - Slovak
   - Russian
   - Spanish
   - German
   - Czech
   - Norweigian bokmål
   - Esperanto
