- Add backend code to track inputs and outputs in PulseAudio 2.0

Network:
- Fix a number of crashers that occurred after the network panel was closed
- Make mobile broadband support usable
- Sort Wi-Fi access points by strength
- Fix VPN information

Brightness & Lock:
- Add a "Show Notifications" setting

Wacom:
- Apply display rotation to devices
- Destroy the display mapping dialogue on unplug
- Show a mark when calibration succeeds

Keyboard:
- Fix a memory leak
- Fix some shortcuts used by the shell not being available for capture
