Dear Foundation members, On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am sending to you the GNOME Foundation budget and plans for 2011 (September 2010-October 2011). It was prepared between September and November, with the feedback of several teams who replied my call on August[1]. If you or your team have plans for an event, hackfest, or anything GNOME tasks that might require funds, still it is time to discuss your plans.
