Picasaweb patch

I successfully compiled and installed f-spot 0.3.5 on debian etch
only to find that the export to Picasweb doesn't work - I get  "error
connecting to gallery". I see that there is a patch available to fix
this but after googling I am unable to find exactly what patch/file to
download and no instructions on how to apply the patch. Thanks. Mark
