GL DllNotFoundException

After building 0.3.2 and running F-Spot, I received a fatal error that
said that there was a
System.DllNotFoundException: GL
After this, F-Spot immediately quit.

Is there any way to get around this?  I'm running Ubuntu 6.10 (edgy)
on an old Toshiba Satellite A10 laptop.

Note, I jumped from 0.3.0 to 0.3.2, so I don't know what would've
happened in 0.3.1
