I tested with local evolution calendar and EWS. But as I modified a lot of alarm settings (Edit - Preferences - Calendar and Tasks - Reminders). In addition I did some "evolution -- force-shutdown" to get the english instead of german version. As a "unexpected result", I now get correct alarm behavior and cannot reproduce the strage alarm notification as before. I'm happy that it works now but have a bad feeling with the situation, that the problem cannot be reproduced now and may still be there.
