Compared to prior versions of Flatpak and native evolution

to add attachments to an email or save attachments from and email.

In the aforementioned issue, the flatpak version wasn't offering access to additional tools ( LibreOffice, Evince, etc). In my

case the act of attaching/detaching is failing on the first attempt and then unresponsive on successive attempts (fail once

and then don't work again until the next piece of email).
