Replying directly to digests *does* break threading. That's different
from replying to a message within a digest, which with well-formed
MIME-format digests works correctly. In Evo this is done with a right-
click option on the digest message.

IMHO it would be better for everyone's sanity if digests simply
disappeared from the universe, but that's another topic.
