Yahoo and AOL are about the only major email providers that use
DMARC. It was quite controversial when they turned it on, especially
with no notice.

Incidentally, Gmail have announced that they will start using DMARC in
the future, but they have taken a much more grown-up approach, and
appear to be waiting for new standards to be developed (ARC) that will
allow lists to continue as they were.

Apart from this, Yahoo, AOL and Gmail might take over other email
provides. I was subscribed by several RocketMail addresses to mailing
lists. "RocketMail, was acquired by Yahoo! in 1997" [1], but while the
only Yahoo address I'm using already was a PITA for mailing list usage,
RocketMail still was ok as of shortly. OTOH my Alice address still is
ok, while AOL, Alice, Telefonica, O2 seemingly are already one company.
