It almost certainly says this because IT IS TRUE!  There is a problem -
at the other end, your ISP has dorked their config.

Nobody in their right mind would recommend that.

***YOU *ARE* DISABLING SSL***.  You are disabling it by breaking it - IT
IS NO LONGER PROTECTING YOU.
