[Evolution] issues with disappearing email

Is anyone having issues with their email disappearing from the Inbox like I am? The email appears at first, but then disappears a millisecond later. It seems to only do this to one particular sender, my boss. He uses Thunderbird so I'm sure it's not an issue with Outlook. Does anyone have any solutions or should I be reporting this as a bug?
