[Evolution] Cannot Authenticate with Exchange Server

Hi, I have Ubuntu Hardy Heron.  I installed all latest updates today
-- noting that a huge upgrade of patches happened today to the
evolution package and dependencies.

The evolution version I have is: 2.22.1.1-0ubuntu3

The evolution-exchange version I have is: 2.22.1-0ubuntu1

I have no problems authenticating and logging in via the web browser
(firefox) to get at the mail.

No matter what I try, I cannot get evolution to authenticate in the
initial setup.  I have turned E2K_DEBUG=2, and this is the output when
I try to step through.  Note, real domain changed to
mail.somewhere.com just for anonymity.

When I login to the OWA with Firefox, I use this information:

username: TANA\davidfor
password: ******

When I use evolution: I fill in the following info:

username: TANA\davidfor
OWA URL: https://mail.somewhere.com/exchange/

I have tried every variation on this username/OWA_URL with no success
(e.g. with/without domain name, with/without /exchange/, etc.).  I've
searched google tirelessly, and found no real resolution, so I was
hoping the folks on this list would have an idea on a workaround?
