Assuming you're using a GNOME desktop, open Preferred Applications from
GNOME's panel menu. It's under System -> Preferences. There you can
select which web browser to use by default. Evolution will honor that.
If you're on another FreeDesktop-compliant desktop such as KDE, follow
their procedure for choosing a default web browser. Evolution should
honor that too.
