[Evolution] Evolution / Exchange issues, clarification

OK,

It does appear that the messages moved by "Drag and Drop" do actually
move in the Exchange server.

However, the items that have been "Junked" do not appear to move on the
Server and show no indication of being flagged in any way.  So if an
Outlook client is used, they show as still being in the InBox.

How do I get them to move when "Junked" by the Evolution client?
