[Evolution] Another little nitpic -- signature in compose window ??

Hi;

My compose window has "None" as the default choice in the Signature:
drop-down.  I would like the default to be a specific signature.
Gconf-edit allows me to raise and lower the order of signatures but not
to change the default.  Is there a way to add 'None' to the drop-down as
an option and have a specific signature as my default?
