[Evolution] Migrating from 1.4 to 2.2.3 didn't work. How to solve some problems

Hi all,
I installed a fresh PC with Fedora Core 4, and after this, I copied my
old evolution dir.

This folder is very complex and with a lot of mails (the local folder is
1,5 GB)

After I launched Evolution and migration started.
The job stopped with a crash and after it I don't know what is the
situation.

I deleted all info erasing the .evolution dir and started Evo.
I imported some mbox, but is a long job, so I written a script the
recreate the subfolder structure in the way the evo 2 uses, and I moved
mboxes.
It worked very well. All subfolders was converted from the old. (or only
read I don't know).
Even for the calendar I copied it from the old dir to the new and
convert it.

Not all my email accounts are imported so I have to reconfigure them.

Now I have to import the addressbook, but I don't know how is possible.
I have also to reconfigure filters and vfolders.
Is possible to convert the old config or I have to work by hands?
