We are looking at accepting the appointments issues.
These should get fixed soon.
have you filed any bug on this crash issue? If not please 
file a bug, and if possible attach the meeting invitation
mail to the bug. It's be easy for us to replicate the 
problem.

And I am not seeing any issue with the Exchange drafts and
send items folders.... I vaguely remember there was a 
bug on some similar issue, in Evolution 2.0
I'll see if I can find that..
