Run with CAMEL_DEBUG=all set in the environment, or is that
CAMEL_VERBOSE_DEBUG=1, 2.0.4 is so old I forget.
That should print out some debug of the gpg session; broken pipe would
normally mean it is exiting prematurely.
strace might be needed if the debug output shows nothing.
