[Evolution] Spell Checker

I know this is a Gnome vs KDE thing but I still have no spell checking
function for evolution. (No option shows under
Edit->Preferances->Composer Preferances->Spell Checking <tab>->)

Here is what I have installed for spell checkers:

I fixed this last tim on SuSE 9.2 via gnome-control-panel which is no
longer a SuSE package. See below:

ftp://mirror.mcs.anl.gov/pub/suse/i386/9.3/suse/i586/ (yes I checked
other sub directories and searched other site repositories)
