[Evolution] Is it possible to set the value for 'Normal' wrap width?

In case the subject heading isn't clear, when composing a message there
are various formatting options, two of which are 'Normal' and 'Preformat'.

'Preformat' allows you to write a line as long as you like and 'Normal'
(the default) restricts you to about 40 chars.  Is it possible to set
'Normal' to 80 chars say?
