[Evolution] Can't see IMAP folders in Evo 2.0 (worked fine in 1.4)

I upgraded evo as part of FC2 -> FC3 upgrade.  It migrated my 1.4 files
as far as I could tell, but now I can't get any of my IMAP folders to
appear in the folders pane, even though they were all marked as
subscribed (in the Subscribe to Folders tool).  All I get under my
account is INBOX, Junk and Trash.  I've tried tweaking every setting
there is regarding IMAP folders.  I've checked the IMAp server logs.  No
errors showing up.

It's UW IMAP, and it worked fine in Evo 1.4 (i.e. just yesterday).

Any ideas?  I've googled a lot, and searched Evo bugzilla.
