[Evolution] file handlers

Hello,

I've search through the net and FAQ's but still can not figure this out.
How do i get evolution to open up a web browser when there is a link in
the message. When i click "open link in browser" it doesn't do anything.
I am having the same problem with attachments. All it will let me do
with attachments is save them.

I am running Evolution 1.4.5 on kde 3.1.4
It use to work before i redid my system.
