You've rzipped it, right?

should I send it to? Should I file a bug? (i've never been quite clear
on what you developers prefer from users as far as when to put something
in bugzilla, i.e. should we post to the mailing list to make sure its
actually a bug before opening a bug report?)

Is there a relatively simple way for me to look into this? I

imap transactions - does this still exist?

Yes, run evolution from a terminal and set the environmental variable
CAMEL_DEBUG=all (for 2.0.x).

You will need to get two runs, one from when you set the junk and one
from when you restart and it re-scans everything.
