Sure, it _is_ in your ~/evolution directory. Account info is stored in
the file config.xmldb, see <section path="/Mail/Accounts">.

Although you won't find it grepping for your account data, cause strings
are unicode encoded IMHO. Actually, if you don't have 'uncommon' chars,
that is hexadecimal coded ASCII.
