[Evolution] URLs not working since upgrading to gnome 2.3.3

Here is the error message from the terminal:

(evolution:2253): evolution-mail-WARNING **: gnome_url_show: The default
action does not support this protocol.

Here is the URL:

http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/libgtkhtml/2.3/libgtkhtml-2.3.5.tar.gz

Any ideas?

The urls work just fine in xchat, and other gnome apps.
