[Evolution] Can I copy all data and configuration from Red Hat to SuSE?

Hi

I just installed SuSE 8.1 Pro and I would like to be able to keep all data and
configuration that I had in RH7.3.

I tried to copy evolution in my home-dir (and ran killev before and after 
this)
bu it doesn't seem to work...

I can read all mails, the settings look fine but I can't get new mail!  I get
the download dialog saying it is downloading over 200 new mails but none of
these show up in any folder... (not even after closing down evo and running
killev again).

The version is the same (I was up-to-date with Red Carpet in RH, and I am now 
in
SuSE) so I'm running Evo 1.2.2.

I suspect the problem lies with the fact that I changed my login from M8ram to
m8ram, could it be that Evo doesn't find it's target directory and silently
ignores this?  I would find that very strange...
