*shrug*  I'm pretty sure Evo is meant to upgrade its own data from
previous versions on first start...

The "old files" part specifically checks for known data files by special
apps: Pine, Netscape, Elm. It even claims to search for iCalendar,
although I'm not sure in which directory and what file names.
