the default Forward action (in the actions menu/toolbar/etc) do exactly
that unless you changed the bahaviour in which case you'll need to use
Actions->Forward As->Attachment

or do you mean "Bounce" or "Redirect"? We call it "Redirect" in
Evolution (also in the Forward As menu).
