[Evolution] Script signatures and accented characters in Evo 1.2.2

I just noticed script signatures don't work if they have any spanish
character, like á, é, í, ó, ú or ñ.

For example the following small script doesn't work

echo   "-- <br>"
echo "acción<br>"


As soon as you remove or change the ó it starts to work.

I tried it with iso-8859-15 and iso-8859-1 as the character encoding
schema.
