how can we import our mails from MS Outlook (.pst)?

You can't. The simplest way to move mail from Outlook to Evolution (or
vice-versa for the masochists) is to use an IMAP server as an
intermediary. In most distributions, it is quite easy to install one on
the local machine just for the duration of the migration. If you are not
confortable with installing an IMAP server, try to talk to your IT
support staff and bribe them into giving you a temporary IMAP account
somewhere.

Or perhaps you could use a free IMAP account. A search on Google turned
up

http://www.fastmail.fm/mail/?STKI=71258

which offers free IMAP services. It's limited to 10MB but that might be
sufficient for your needs.
