[Evolution] Notification Sounds

First, I want to say I'm sorry if this has been covered before.

Second, here's the question(s):

I can get Evolution to "beep" when a mail arrives, but I can't get it to
play a custom sound.  Has anyone else seen this?  Do we know of a fix?
