Additional info:
The problem is not just with folders outside INBOX-- it's with any
subfolder.  Evo does not appear to be giving the correct URI to a Cyrus
server.  It's using '/' instead of '.' in the paths.

I see that there is a Bugzilla report (33716) for this and I have added
some comments to it.  Hopefully it will get addressed pronto!!  I'm dead
in the water until this gets fixed.  :(
