[Evolution] Cannot start Evolution 1.1.0.99. Please help.

The error I receive is:
Cannot initialize the Ximian Evolution shell: Configuration Database not
found.
That's in X. At the command line, I get:
evolution-shell-WARNING **: Cannot access Bonobo/ConfigDatabase on wombat:
(IDL:OAF/GeneralError:1.0)
