I just mean I'd find it useful to have Evolution handling newsgroups in
a module "Newsgroups" at the same level of "Local folders" so that I
could classify Newsgroups and news messages in folders in the same way I
do it for email messages. 

I don't know if it is appropriate or not, neither if the best way to do
this is to integrate Pan into Evolution or to write a dedicated module.
