[Evolution] evolutions configure requires gal-0.19.99.6?

Hey:

To compile the latest version of evolution, the config script is
requiring gal-0.19.99.6.  Is this a legitimate version number?  I
currently have gal-0.19 off of ximian, and I can't find a later
version.  The README still says you just need 0.18.1.
