That is exactly the case ... it dos work with the preview pane, but not
when you doubleclick to open a message.  And for a lot of people who
come from the Outlook side of the world (which will be many people where
I work), that's kinda the Way It Is.  And changing that is met with
Remarkable Resistance :)
