[Evolution] Subscribe: No IMAP Servers

I have three IMAP accounts setup.  However, when I go into the
"Subscribe to Folders" dialog, it shows no IMAP servers in the drop-down
box.  Where does it get the info to populate that dialog?  This is an
older config.xmldb file, so I'm wondering if some sections weren't added
to it.

On another install (CVS from the same time) that has a more recently
created config file, it shows the imap servers in the drop down box.
