There's another difference in that Send sends and Send Later sends later
:O) but i guess that's what Drafts is for - for Mails expecting
reviewing and cleaning up. This being, an option in the right click
context menu within the drafts folder with 'Send Now' (this message you
right-clicked) would be nice (just for ones too lazy to open up the
window message again and hit send).
