[Evolution] viewing text in a larger typeface?

Is there an easy way to enlarge the typeface of text in message bodies?
Sometimes the default typeface is too small to be comfortably read -
particularly on monitors with high resolution.  I'd like to be able to
enlarge evolution text without changing settings for my whole desktop.

Any ideas?
