I don't know why it's not working.  I probably can't help with RPMs
either since I compile Evolution and related libraries from source
tarballs or CVS.  Try launching gnome-spell-component in a shell and see
if you get any error messages that might help determine the source of
the problem.  I suspect a problem loading a shared library or something.
