[Evolution] Some more minor evolution nags

Here are a few more issues I am facing with Evolution from CVS built
today:

1. The evolution-mail crash on quit is still there. It has been there
for quite a while now. Figured I would provide a backtrace:

2. VFolder views still don't update when new mail arrives. I have to
click on the actual folder first and then come back to the VFolder view.
This actually used to work a long time ago. I reported the bug when it
disappeared.

3. Lost all my contacts yet again. I guess this is due to the DB format
change.
