This is as it should be. Reply-To: should be highest priority.

IMHO, as in newsreaders, where there is a Reply button and a Followup
button, perhaps when a message is in a folder set up for mailing list
trafic, perhaps there should be buttons for "Reply to Relpy-To: address" and
"Reply to From: address"...
Not that it's logical or supported in other mailers or anything, I just
thing it'd be useful.
(as a note, I have to "Reply to All" and then delete the From: sender to get
a message reply to this list)
