[Evolution] Compiling troubles

I`m having troubles compiling the nightly builds...

# ./autogen.sh --enable-pilot-conduits --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc
--enable-ldap=yes  --enable-pilotlinktest
exits with the following error
checking system mail directory... /var/mail
checking for gnome_dialog_grab_focus in -lgnomeui... no
configure: error: gnome-libs 1.2.9 or higher is required.


however :
[root inspon evolution]# rpm -qa | grep gnome-libs
gnome-libs-1.2.12-0_helix_1
gnome-libs-devel-1.2.12-0_helix_1

Is there any parameter i have to give .. config I have to change. in order
to get this working..

PS.  I`m trying to get the Pilot Conduits installed on my system.
