[Evolution] Still problems with "open in an external viewer".

Hello,

I know I am repeating myself, but this is making me very confused.

Why can't I use the "Open in external viewer" -option. As I have
stated before, it is always greyed out and you can't choose it. 

I am running the latest snapshot of Evolution (but I have had this
problem with every tested version) on a stock RH 6.2 with the
latest gnome helix/ximian updates installed. Nothing special.

I did also try this on RH 7.0-boxes and I have the same problem
there. Buhuu. Could somebody give me a hint where the problem
could be? 

I am using evolution more and more, but I do get a lot of internal
mail with all kind of attachments and it is time-consuming to have
to save them and manually open them with different applications..

Am I really the only one with this problem?
