[Evolution] Drag and drop between folders?

Hi,

I just downloaded the latest 02/10 RH 6 snapshots and installed on my
Mandrake 7.2 system. It works very nicely. Most of the bugs I had
reported before are gone. However, I noticed that:
1. Drag and drop between folders is not working. Maybe I am not doing it
correctly :-)?
2. Mail filters on outgoing mail does not seem to work.
