[Evolution] No Attachment Icons on certain messages

I was just noticing that on certain messages (maybe 2 out of every 3)
the attachments don't display an icon, leaving me with a one-pixel
target for my right-clicking.  There doesn't seem to be any pattern to
which messages have icons and which do not.  Any ideas?

Notes:
* I just upgraded to the latest debian daily build, I had the same
problem with the previous daily build I was using, from sometime last
week  Before that I was using 0.8.
* I recently had to rebuild my system, so I backed up my evolution
directory and restored it (not that it should matter).
* I'm using maildir format for my Inbox.
